I work with clients from many diverse backgrounds and have a deep respect and appreciation for what makes us different and unique, and at the same time, the similarities that connect us all together. I strive to offer a friendly, accepting, affirming, and non-judgmental space in which clients can feel empowered to develop the skills they need to cope with life's challenges, achieve their personal goals, and restore balance to their lives.
I have a particular interest in working with clients who want to address issues related to:

- Anxiety
- Boundaries
- Emotional dysregulation
- Impulsivity
- Interpersonal difficulties
- Suicide and/or non-suicidal self-injury
- Trauma (complex or single-incident)
